I have been managing engineers since 2009. In that time I've consumed a large variety of books and I've noticed one indelible thing about good management advice: You've got to have charts. Ideally, four different quadrants for maximum understanding and clean categorization of everything.

In this talk I will show you the charts, tools, and techniques I use to manage effectively.

(Axes refers to the plural of axis and not the hopefully sharp tool. I will not fire you during this talk. I will not attempt to behead you. I will not show you how to be incredibly sarcastic or tongue-in-cheek.)
